1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within Canada . Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options, depending on your location and the type of furniture you purchase. Below are the general shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

- Includes curbside delivery.

White Glove Delivery:
- Delivery Time: [7] to [10] business days
- Available for larger, heavier items (e.g., sofas, dining tables, etc.).
- Includes full delivery, unpacking, assembly, and placement in the desired room.

- For customers within [Ontario], we offer a faster local delivery option.

- May include assembly or installation depending on the items purchased.

Pickup In-Store:
- If you live nearby, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our MaroonHome showroom.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout. Below is a general guideline:
- Standard Shipping: depends on location
- White Glove Delivery: Starts at [150$]
- Local Delivery: depends on location
For orders over [3000$], you may qualify for free shipping. Please check the eligibility at checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery status. For White Glove and larger deliveries, we will schedule a delivery appointment with you prior to arrival.
6. Delivery Requirements
- Curbside Delivery: The delivery driver will leave your furniture at your curb or driveway. You are responsible for bringing the item into your home and assembling it.
- White Glove Delivery: Our professional delivery team will bring the item into your home, unpack it, assemble it (if necessary), and place it in your desired location. Please make sure there is clear access to the area for the delivery team.
7. Delivery Restrictions
- Access Limitations: Our delivery services may be affected by access restrictions such as narrow doorways, steep stairs, or long distances from the delivery vehicle. If your delivery requires special accommodations, please contact us before placing your order.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as needed.
8. Special Delivery Instructions
If you have any specific delivery instructions (e.g., a preferred delivery time or location), please include them during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, though certain restrictions may apply.
9. Returns and Exchanges
